Otsuka Seiyaku Kogyo-Bu was renamed Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory.

1946 - Clinical Nutrition

Otsuka entered the field of clinical nutrition, including the manufacture of intravenous solutions, beginning its history as a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
